The Website provides general information about the Foundation’s various programs, services and activities. The Website may contain Content on issues relating to improving the education, discipline, self-esteem, life skills and employment prospects of young Aboriginal men and by doing so, equipping them to participate more meaningfully in society. . In addition, the Website acts as a platform for raising money for these programs, services and activities through partnerships and donations.

While we have taken reasonable steps to ensure the information provided on this website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the reliability, accuracy, correctness or completeness of any of the information or services provided on the clontarf.org.au website. 6. Supporting our Academies

(a) The Foundation is involved in raising funds to support its Academy programs. You may wish to donate money or partner with the Foundation in support of these programs.

(b) Payments for donations may be processed by the third party online payment services, Paypal and Stripe. Donors may need to agree to and comply with any relevant terms and conditions imposed by that service.

(c) By donating, you agree that Clontarf may allocate the funds in our discretion. We make information available about how our donations are allocated. If you have any concerns, please let us know. Small administrative and credit card (if applicable) fees are deducted by PayPal and Stripe.

(d) The Foundation is not responsible for any interruption to or failure in any communication or process, howsoever caused, which results in any payment or payment details not being received or processed by PayPal or Stripe. A payment will be regarded as received when the Foundation is able to credit or transfer the amount required into its designated bank account. The Foundation does not offer refunds once the donation has been made.

(e) In order for us to deliver to you a tax receipt, you will need to provide us with your email address. We will provide you with a tax receipt after payment has been received and processed by us, that is when we are able to credit or transfer the amount required into our designated bank account.

(f) The Foundation will not provide you with a tax receipt recognising your donation until payment has been processed and actually received by the Foundation.

7. Intellectual property rights

7.1 Our Content

All intellectual property rights in the Content is owned or licensed by the Foundation.

The Foundation grants you a limited, revocable, non-sub licensable licence to view the Content solely for your personal use in connection with using the clontarf.org.au website.
