Broken Hill Clontarf Academy was opened in Term 2 2016. The Academy is located at Broken Hill High School in the remote town of Broken Hill in far western New South Wales.
Broken Hill High School caters for 670 students from Years 7 to 12, with an approximate 15% of students being Aboriginal.
With the Academy being only 55km to the neighbouring state of South Australia, the Broken Hill boys love Aussie Rules Football, however they also fancy themselves on the Rugby League field and the cricket pitch. While the Academy boys play hard, they also work hard to engage in school life and the community to increase their employment prospects in the future.
